Ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of the DRDIP sub-projects required rigorous Project Implementation Progress Monitoring. Agrifarm Uganda Ltd. conducted regular monitoring of activities across all implementation sites. This critical task was often performed collaboratively, involving joint assessments with District Implementation Support Teams (DIST), Implementing Partners (IP), Resident District Commissioners (RDC), and other oversight bodies such as the Inspectorate of Government (IGG). Activities included routine supervision visits by DRDIP focal persons, joint monitoring of specific sites like woodlots and nursery beds, and comprehensive assessments of ongoing project implementation to ensure goals were being met effectively.
